Haggerty will defend his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title against Superlek, the ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion, in a match that pits two of the best strikers of the current generation.

'The General', who also owns the ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title, also looks to avenge his loss to Superlek when they squared off at Yokkao in 2018.

Jonathan Haggerty wants to hit two birds with one stone with victory over Superlek

Haggerty and Superlek will be revisiting their rivalry inside the ring, but the former will have the opportunity to hit two birds with one stone if he scores a victory over the current ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion.

A win for the Keddles Gym, Knowlesy Academy, and Team Underground representative will not only successfully keep his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title but also avenge his loss to Superlek in 2018, when he was TKO'd due to a massive cut on his face.

ONE 168: Denver will air live from the Ball Arena in U.S. primetime on Sept. 6. Tickets for the event are available on Ticketmaster.
