ONE Fight Night 25 results and recap: Johan Estupinan vs. Zakaria El Jamari
Colombian sensation Johan Estupinan made his fourth walk to the ONE Championship ring on Friday night as the promotion returned to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok for ONE Fight Night 25 on Prime Video.
Coming off a trio of noteworthy wins under the ONE banner, ‘Panda Kick’ looked to score his 26th career win against 35-year-old Moroccan standout Zakari El Jamari.
Round 1: Estupinan got off to a hot start by mixing up his attacks, but El Jamari was able to catch a body kick and dump Estupinan on the mat. Estupinan comes right back and El Jamari lands a stinging right hand that has Estupinan reeling. El MJamari rushes in and looks for the knockout shot, but Estupinan is firing right back and appears to have cleared the cobwebs.
Estupinan lands a nice front kick before going upstairs with a high kick. Estupinan throws a one-two combination and keeps El Jamari on defense with a never-ending barrage of strikes. Estupinan lands a right hand that backs up El Jamari. Estupinan comes in with a flying knee, but El Jamari comes over the top with a right.
As we reach 30 seconds left in the round, El Jamari appears to be gassing as Estupinan keeps the pressure coming. Estupinan traps El Jamari in the corner and throws a series of strikes, but El Jamari comes right back with a right hand that forces Estupinan to back away just before the end of the opening round.
Round 2: Estupinan gets right back to it, throwing a variety of kicks that prompt El Jamari to clinch up. El Jamari is starting to swing wildly as the pressure from Estupinan continues. In the center of the ring, Estupinan lands a clean left hand that knocks El Jamari to the canvas.
El Jamari is still awake and communicating with the referee, but he is unable to answer the 10-count, bringing a spot to the bout roughly 60 seconds into the round.

With the win, Johan Estupinan keeps his ‘O’ intact and moves to an incredible 26-0 in his combat sports career.
Speaking with Mitch Chilson inside the ring immediately following the fight, the 22-year-old learned that his knockout scored him another $50,000 bonus from ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong. Asked how he plans to spend the money, ‘Panda Kick’ said that he would buy a house for his mother in Colombia and lobbied for his twin brother to get a shot inside the Circle.
