"Gives me goosebumps watching that back" - Paddy Pimblett reminisces English singer Jamie Webster getting him on stage in front of 100,000 Liverpool fans in Paris

In a post on social media, Paddy Pimblett looked back at the time popular British singer Jamie Webster invited him on stage in front of 100,000 Liverpool fans while performing in Paris.

The Scouser is quickly becoming one of the UFC's most well-known athletes, and has carried his cult following from his time spent with Cage Warriors. Despite already having millions of fans, the lightweight's post-fight mental health speech at UFC London earned him the respect of the MMA community.

Describing it as an "unbelievable feeling," Paddy Pimblett reminisced on his time on stage with Jamie Webster as thousands of football fans sang his name during a performance in France.

"Gives me goosebumps watching that back, unbelievable feeling my man Jamie Webster. Getting me on stage in front of about 100,000 reds in Paris and them all singing my name. Surreal feeling."

Jamie Webster is a 28-year-old rising musician who is a talented guitarist and best known for his folk-music style. Weekend in Paradise, This Place, and Allez Allez Allez are just a handful of the artists' hits that you may have previously heard.

Pimblett has been vocal about his love for music, and has explained how it has helped him through some really tough times in his life. The UFC contender is a big fan of bands who originate from the city of Liverpool, and often finds time to praise them any chance he gets.

Paddy Pimblett is ready to return to the octagon

While making an appearance at Cage Warriors 114 last month, Paddy Pimblett revealed that he's hoping to fight before the end of the year. 'The Baddy' has his sights set on the UFC 282 card in December.

Following that announcement, the 155er recently returned to NextGen—his gym in Liverpool—to help Molly McCann in her fight preparation and begin a training camp of his own.

Having collected three straight wins with three straight finishes, Paddy Pimblett shouldn't be too far away from a top 15 clash. He may be matched against one or two more unranked opponents before being thrown to the wolves.

As there are countless competitors outside the rankings that are highly capable in his division, we will most likely see the Brit be presented with his toughest test inside the octagon for his next outing.
