Paddy Pimblett risked getting "murdered" before getting kicked out of Liverpool vs. Watford match
UFC star Paddy Pimblett found himself in hot water after celebrating wildly during a Premier League match between Liverpool and Watford. The Liverpool fan, who was gifted tickets to the game by Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster, was eventually ejected from the stadium due to his exuberant behavior.
Foster had warned Pimblett to keep a low profile and avoid celebrating goals to avoid drawing attention to himself. However, the UFC fighter couldn't resist the temptation and jumped up to celebrate Liverpool's goals. This behavior caught the attention of a steward, who warned Pimblett that he could be in danger if he continued.
Speaking on his podcast The Fozcast, Foster said:
"[There was a] goal after three minutes, I think it was [Sadio] Mane. Him [Pimblett] and his mates jump up - we are in the family and friends enclosure - goal goes in a couple of minutes later, he jumps up again. Not going mental, but jumped up."
He continued:
"A steward comes over and says, 'We are going to have to ask you to leave, you'll get murdered if you stay in here doing that'. Paddy then comes out the ground, got kicked out, and goes straight on Instagram [and says] 'Thanks Fozzy lad for the tickets, I love you, but Watford you're a c*** club' and all this." [H/t:Mirror]

Paddy Pimblett open for a potential fight with Dan Hooker
Paddy Pimblett has expressed interest in a potential matchup with Dan Hooker after the Kiwi's impressive victory over Mateusz Gamrot at UFC 305. Hooker's win secured him a spot in the top-five rankings of the lightweight division, making him a highly sought-after opponent.
Pimblett, who has been on a meteoric rise in the UFC, believes that a fight with Hooker would be a compelling matchup for fans.
Appearing in a recent video on his YouTube channel, 'The Baddy' said:
"Yeah. Big one for the lightweight division this, like. Hooker vs. Gamrot. Yeah, I agree with Gamrot being favorite. Don't know about a big favorite, like, Dan Hooker's fought a much higher caliber of fighters. Even though he lost a few, he lost a few to some of the best fighters in the world. I could end up fighting one of these, couldn't I?... Dan Hooker back in the top five. Could be a nice fight for me in the future."
