Paddy Pimblett's controversial win against Jared Gordon has finally shed light on questionable judging, claims UFC veteran

Paddy Pimblett's unanimous decision win over Jared Gordon at UFC 282 was highly criticized by fans and fighters, who believe that 'The Baddy' didn't deserve the victory.

As far as Matt Brown is concerned, however, the questionable result came with a silver lining. 'The Immortal' took to social media to share his thoughts on the outcome of Pimblett vs. Gordon.

According to the UFC welterweight veteran, Pimblett's controversial win at least shed some light on the questionable judging that has plagued the sport for a long time. On Twitter, Matt Brown wrote:

"I’m glad this bad decision is getting scrutinized and the judges are taking heat but why is this fight the one? There are worse decisions in mma all the time [and I’m not saying this wasn’t a terrible decision] this one is getting more heat than any other I can think of tho."

Jared Gordon weighs in on his loss to Paddy Pimblett

Jared Gordon is understandably disappointed after losing to Paddy Pimblett in a highly questionable decision.

Heading into the fight, Gordon was pegged as a considerable underdog against the rising British star. However, 'Flash' rose to the occasion and landed more critical strikes and with more accuracy than 'The Baddy'.

During an interview with MMA Fighting, Gordon couldn't help but feel frustrated, calling the decision one of the worst in history:

"It’s probably one of the worst decisions ever... It’s got to be top three worst decisions ever in UFC history, I would imagine at this point. I lost out on a lot of opportunity. Money, I lost out on a couple of sponsors that were in the works that I haven’t heard about yet since the fight. A loss on my record. What do they do with me now?"
