Paulo Costa jokes that Merab Dvalishvili has "good taste" for food after stealing from him

Paulo Costa has become quite entertaining to follow on social media, especially on Twitter. He has posted hilarious memes and even posted about his "Secret Juice," which has become a meme of its own.

Costa recently took to Twitter to reveal something he used to do to bantamweight contender Merab Dvalishvili while training at the UFC Performance Institute. He credited Dvalishvili for having an excellent taste in food while secretly stealing. He took to Twitter to state the same:

"Merab is a very nice guy. I stoles his food in UFC pi for long 2 months and he never said nothing. he has a good taste for shrimps and rice btw"

Fans speculated on some of the possible reasons why 'Borrachinha' would do that since the food there was free, while others credited his sense of humor:

There is plenty of speculation surrounding Paulo Costa's future with the UFC after his bout with Robert Whittaker fell through due to compensation-related issues.

While speaking with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, 'Borrachina' revealed that he wasn't happy with what the promotion was offering him to fight the former UFC middleweight champion and, as a result, declined the fight:

"They [UFC] didn't send the contract or the terms or nothing. They just say, 'If you want to fight [Robert] Whittaker, let's do that fight.' But I cannot do that...fight the number-one number-two high-level guy like Whittaker for the same money I'm getting since 2017."

If Paulo Costa decides to leave the promotion when his contract is up, he will surely attract interest from other major MMA promotions who are looking to bolster their roster.
