Rogan, who hosts the critically acclaimed show The Joe Rogan Experience, has previously credited Superlek for his striking abilities as he gave the Kiatmoo9 Gym star and ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon their flowers after their superb clash at ONE Friday Fights 34 in September 2023.

Superlek's remarkable finish of Haggerty further solidified his standing as one of the best pure strikers in combat sports today while extending his esteemed winning streak to 11.

Nong-O warns Superlek about the pitfalls of success

Muay Thai legend Nong-O Hama knows what it feels like to be the hunted after becoming the inaugural ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion in February 2019 and having successfully defended the crown seven times during his reign.

In an interview with the South China Morning Post, Nong-O warned Superlek against being complacent, saying:

"But one thing is, when you are the champ, when you are at the top, you have a lot of people who want to try to get the belt, who would do anything to get that belt. So, it will be competitive."
