Popular YouTuber grateful after Joe Rogan praises his sparring session with Floyd Mayweather

Jarvis reacted to Joe Rogan talking about him on his JRE podcast after he sparred against boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.

The popular YouTuber took to Twitter to react to the UFC commentator praising his sparring session. He mentioned that it was an honor to receive that recognition from the JRE host, especially while sparring against somebody who with the accomplishments of Mayweather.

He wrote:

The JRE host gave credit to Jarvis while describing the video for his listeners. While watching Jarvis' YouTube video reacting to the sparring session, he mentioned that the YouTuber had decent skills and commended him for how he handled the situation, saying:

"Well, the kid is like a decent boxer. I guess he's a YouTuber. The kid had an excellent account of himself cause even though Floyd {Mayweather} was tagging him, he didn't shy away. He kept moving forward, amazing."

Rogan liked that Jarvis had a sense of humor about the sparring session and mentioned that his understanding and timing of Mayweather's punches were excellent.


Joe Rogan reacts to Alex Pereira vs. Israel Adesanya rematch announcement

Joe Rogan weighed in on the Alex Pereira vs. Israel Adesanya rematch being made official for UFC 287.

While speaking with former UFC lightweight and his fellow broadcast partner Paul Felder on episode #135 of his JRE MMA show, the UFC commentator noted that Adesanya has a path to victory despite his losses to Pereira in both kickboxing and MMA. He mentioned that if 'Izzy' could avoid having his leg compromised like he did at UFC 281, he has a great opportunity to regain the UFC middleweight championship.

He said:

"I'm very interested in the rematch. Very interested because you gotta think 'Izzy' almost had him out in the first round. He almost had him out. If he can avoid getting that leg compromised like he did in the first round of that fight and so he's got his movement, and he also had some great moments grappling which surprised a lot of people."
