Renato Moicano responds to Paddy Pimblett's UFC 304 call-out with cold warning: "I'm going to f**k you up, 100%"

Paddy Pimblett's call-out of Renato Moicano following his UFC 304 win has prompted a spine-chilling response from the Brazilian. This past weekend, Pimblett silenced his critics as he clinched a dominant first-round submission win against King Green.

The submission was a thing of beauty. The Liverpool native initially locked in an arm-in guillotine before transitioning to a triangle and finishing with an armbar. The win saw Pimblett finally break into the lightweight top 15.

During his post-fight interview at the Co-op Live in Manchester, Pimblett called out Moicano, saying:

"I have a name that everybody wants me to fight. Renato Moiciano... Hopefully he gets through BSD [Benoit Saint Denis]. We'll see if we can settle it before the end of the year or in the New Year."

During a recent segment of the Show Me The Money podcast, Moicano welcomed the Englishman's challenge, saying:

"Show me the f*****g money, and let me tell you something Paddy Pimblett, if you want the smoke my brother, you be prepared because I'm going to f**k you up, 100 percent."

Moicano's career has seen a resurgence in recent years. He is 5-1 in his last six outings and most recently registered a TKO win against Jalin Turner at UFC 300 in April. He holds the No.10 spot in the rankings, with 'The Baddy' five places behind him at No.15.

Moicano will headline UFC Paris in late September, taking on French lightweight Benoit Saint Denis.

UFC Hall of Famer says Paddy Pimblett is "two fights away" from a title shot

Paddy Pimblett has rarely called out anyone in his UFC career. 'The Baddy' calling out Renato Moicano after his sensational victory at UFC 304 is telling, at least according to former UFC star-turned-analyst Chael Sonnen.

As Sonnen sees it, Pimblett is just two wins away from a shot at gold, but they have to be "the right fights." In a recent video posted to his YouTube channel, the UFC Hall of Famer speculated:

"[Unlike other top stars] he didn't call for a name, he didn't call for title shots... He really gave us no idea at all who he wanted to fight. Well, that has changed. He called for King Green... He calls for King Green, he is fighting King Green. He's now calling for Moicano. I think he's going to get Moicano. Paddy is two fights away, they got to be the right fights. He is two fights away from fighting for a world championship."
