Rising tensions between US and Russia's navies unnerve Joe Rogan during live podcast episode: "All of it is terrifying"
Joe Rogan discussed the "terrifying" escalation of the United States' negative relationship with Russia.
Over the past two years, Russia has been involved in an intense war with Ukraine. Despite backlash from taxpayers, the United States has donated millions of dollars to Ukraine's efforts to defeat Russia. As a result, Russian President Vladimir Putin has officially declared the US as an enemy.
Earlier this month, Russia transported a deadly submarine to Cuba, which isn't far from the North American state of Florida. The surprising move was considered by many as a warning to the US, leading to the latter country moving its own nuclear submarine to the coast of Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.
Rogan recently recorded a podcast episode of the 'Joe Rogan Experience' with retired Navy SEAL Jack Carr. The UFC commentator had this to say about the escalating conflict between the United States and Russia:
"Oh great, what are they doing? None of this is good, guys... All of it is terrifying. Terrifying and, in the middle of all this, we're in a war with them to develop AI, who's gonna get to it fast enough?"

When did Joe Rogan join the UFC commentary team?
Joe Rogan has separated himself as one of the biggest celebrities on the planet due to his successful podcast. With that said, the 56-year-old is also a legend in the MMA community, as he's been the commentator for several unforgettable moments in the UFC over the years.
Rogan began as a backstage interviewer for the UFC, starting with his first event, UFC 12, in February 1997. Several years later, he accepted a full-time position with the worldwide leader in MMA after Dana White and the Fertitta brothers bought the UFC, leading to him partnering with Mike Goldberg.
Rogan continues to commentate on UFC pay-per-view events in North America and is expected to return on June 29 when UFC 303 goes down in Las Vegas, Nevada during International Fight Week. In the main event, Alex Pereira will defend his light heavyweight title against Jiri Prochazka in a short-notice rematch.
