Rosalinda Rodriguez vs. Amy Naert: Live round-by-round updates
Rosalinda Rodriguez will return to action on the undercard of the Alycia Baumgardner vs. Delfine Persoon bout this weekend to take on Belgium’s Amy Naert for the WBC International super bantamweight title. The fight, part of the all-female 'Hit Like a Girl, Fight Like a Champion' card, takes place at Lux Stage in Trilith Studios, Atlanta, on Sept. 27.
Rodriguez, who's unbeaten as a professional boxer, returns to the ring after a stint in bare-knuckle boxing, where she earned back-to-back wins. She holds a 13-0 record in boxing and her last fight in the squared circle was in 2021. She earned a second-round TKO victory over Elizabeth Tuani.
Meanwhile, Naert looks to rebound after a loss in December, following two consecutive wins earlier in 2023. She has compiled a formidable 10-3 record with three knockout wins.
Both fighters have something to prove, with Rodriguez aiming to reestablish herself in boxing, while Naert wants to get back to winning ways. The fight can be streamed on Brinx.TV and Fubo Sports. The preliminary card of the event will start at 7 p.m. ET/ 4 P.M. ET.
