Ryan Garcia hints at Team Devin Haney allegedly meddling with his drug fail report: "Very fishy"
Ryan Garcia's spat with Devin Haney does not appear to be coming to an end anytime soon, as he recently lambasted Haney's team for allegedly tampering with his drug failure records. This happened after Bill Haney took a dig at Garcia for his comments on social media, even though he had never won a world championship to support them.
Garcia has been the target of constant criticism from Devin and his father. Devin sued the boxing superstar in September for alleged fraud and breach of contract when he tested positive for performance-enhancing drug ostarine in their fight. In addition, 'KingRy' vowed to file his own lawsuit and has since attacked the Haneys in a number of posts on X.
This elicited a response from Bill, who took to X and slammed Garcia for his social media rants against them, writing:
''Man, I’m hearing all this yappin’ from Lying Ryan who hasn’t even signed up for random testing yet—screaming from the mountaintop like he’s got a belt to back it up. But let’s keep it real—ZERO championships, just fake headlines.''
In response, Garcia took another jab at Bill and Devin, citing his dominant performance against the latter, writing:
''I didn’t need a belt to whoop your son's a*s like he stole something turn the page this arc is done. Goal was to put a whooping on your son I did I know in my heart I never took steroids. However it showed up in my system is a mystery, what is a little weird tho is how your other son knew about the testing before the public before you and even before the vada testing. Which your bitch a*s never acknowledges. Very fishy.
"But who cares I’m over it I’m trying to continue my career and move on. Devin is not on my level and never will be dropped three times and had his face all beat up.''
Ryan Garcia wants Bill Haney to gracefully accept his son's defeat
Earlier this year, Ryan Garcia defeated Devin Haney by majority decision. However, Garcia's unexpected victory over Haney was changed to a no-contest after he was tested positive for ostarine.
Devin and his father, Bill, have been harshly critical of Garcia ever since. Nevertheless, 'KingRy' has consistently denied using drugs and has urged Bill to accept their loss with grace.
''The denial you have for the loss is the reason why you probably will continue to take L’s. People would respect you and your son way more if you just took this L on the chin instead you make every excuse in the book.''
