Sean O'Malley talks about Islam Makhachev's extreme strength and past troubles with USADA
Sean O'Malley sounded off on Islam Makhachev in the latest edition of TimboSugarShow.
Bobby Green recently accused his former opponent, Makhachev, of using steroids to enhance his performance during fights. 'King' claimed to have discovered a YouTube video where he unearthed the lightweight champion's previous issues with USADA for using illegal substances.
Green asserted that Makhachev's strength is a result of receiving steroids from a young age.
Sean O'Malley gave his views on Bobby Green's accusations about the Dagestani fighter, saying:
"Do you see Bobby [Green] saying Islam [Makhachev] was so f**king strong? He [Bobby Green] was watching an interview from a long time ago when Islam got in trouble with USADA, and Islam was saying when he grew up, they would just give him supplements. They were just in Russia, they would just give all the athletes supplements. They [Russian athletes] don't know what the f**k they're taking."

Appearing in a recent video from his training camp, the Aussie previewed his upcoming fight:
"I've already had a little bit of a camp for Islam that last time [at UFC 280] in Abu Dhabi. No disrespect to Charles [Oliveira] but I felt my style alone is alright. I just obviously focused more on the takedown defense and all that type of stuff. I've already had a short camp for him."
