Sean Strickland weigh-in after Nina-Marie Daniele's "photoshopped" diss against Helen Yee blows up MMA Twitter

With the recent controversy surrounding Nina-Marie Daniele and Helen Yee, Sean Strickland has given his thoughts on the situation between the two media members. As a friend of Daniele, Strickland provided a classic comedic response to the 35-year-old's recent tweet.

After images surfaced of Daniele supposedly criticizing Yee on social media, 'Nina Drama' reacted by claiming that the pictures were photoshopped and that "internet detectives" cleared her of any wrongdoing. In the same video, she announced to fans that she had re-signed with the UFC for an additional two years.

The former middleweight champion quote-tweeted the post, telling Daniele that fans were just trying to set up a "blow-up tub and oil fight" between her and Yee. Strickland then praised fans for their "good trolling."

Strickland tweeted:

"Nina... They're just trying to get the blow-up tub and oil fight between you and Helen. Good try guys... I thought it was gonna finally happen. Keep up the good trolling."

As a third part of her "emergency press conference," Daniele also announced to fans that she had just filmed an episode of the television series 'Ridiculousness.'

Sean Strickland reaction: What happened between Nina-Marie Daniele and Helen Yee?

UFC content creator Nina-Marie Daniele and MMA journalist Helen Yee have not seen eye-to-eye for the duration of the former's current career. Their altercations have often been at the forefront of social media.

Most recently, fans found a supposed deleted tweet from Daniele criticizing the work of Yee. After several fan accounts shared a screenshot of the alleged tweet, it did not take long for the pictures to go viral, causing Daniele to respond.

Sean Strickland first brought up the idea of having Daniele and Yee settle their differences in an "oil fight" in late 2023 when the two first engaged in a public feud on X.
