Have you ever wondered why the liver shot is considered the money shot in competitive martial arts? This week, ONE Championship highlighted some of the nastiest shots to the body and provided a brief breakdown of how they physically impair even the toughest combatants.
On Instagram, the voice-over explains:

It continues:

Getting punched, kicked, or even kneed in the liver can easily change the course of a fight. In ONE, we've seen many instances where one hit ends the fight as easily as it started.
