Mikey Musumeci looks to become a two-division world champion at ONE 168: Denver

Coincidentally, the 28-year-old American is coming off a submission victory over Gabriel Sousa via a calf slicer during their bantamweight submission grappling match at ONE 167 on June 7, which went down inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

Now, the Evolve MMA representative is fully focused on his upcoming champion-versus-champion clash with Kade Ruotolo on September 6 at ONE 168: Denver, as Mikey Musumeci challenges him for the ONE lightweight submission grappling world title.

ONE168: Denver goes down at the Ball Arena in U.S. primetime on Sept. 6. Tickets for the event are available on Ticketmaster.
