"Straight up 100% beast mode" - Fans can't get enough of Rodtang Jitmuangnon's savagery against Fahdi Khaled
Thai striking superstar Rodtang Jitmuangnon picked up his second straight victory in ONE Championship when he defeated Fahdi Khaled in their flyweight Muay Thai match at ONE: Hero's Ascent in January 2019.
Rodtang's aggressive fighting style sent the Manila crowd inside the Mall of Asia Arena into a frenzy, forcing Khaled to back up throughout the majority of the match.
The world's largest martial arts organization has relived this outstanding performance from Rodtang by republishing the video of the full fight replay on YouTube:
"Rodtang defends his ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title in a rematch with British powerhouse Jacob Smith at ONE 169. Before the striking duo meet again, relive 'The Iron Man's' three-round thriller with Tunisian striking star Fahdi Khaled at ONE: HERO'S ASCENT in 2019!"
See the video below:
During the three-round scrap, Rodtang walked down his Tunisian opponent with immense pressure using his powerful punches.
His best moment came in the opening round when he scored an early knockdown in the match's first minute. This set the tone for the rest of the fight, and in the end, the Jitmuangnon Gym-affiliated athlete received the unanimous decision nod from the judges.
Fans still couldn't get enough of this savageness of Rodtang, particularly users @randomstuff797, @BruceWayne-pm6co, @FammOverEverything, and @JinX-so5yv, who sent their reactions through their comments:

Jacob Smith vows to be a better fighter in upcoming world title rematch with Rodtang
Five years after that win over Khaled, Rodtang has reigned over the flyweight Muay Thai division and became the unquestioned king of the weight class.
Now, he is ramping up the preparation for his second meeting with Jacob Smith, whom he'll face on Nov. 8 at ONE 169 in his defense of the coveted 26-pound golden belt.
In a recent interview with ONE Championship, Smith claimed that everyone would see a better version of him this time for their rematch, as he stated:
"All I'm going to say on that is that you can expect to see the same rough, tough Jacob Smith, with better fight IQ and more control of my emotions."
ONE 169 airs live from the Lumpinee Stadium on Nov. 8, and North American viewers with an active Prime Video subscription can watch it live for free.
