Fans were greatly impressed with Haggerty's power and shared their thoughts in the comments section, which can be read below:

"Such a great knockout"
"Remember watching this after seeing him come off back-to-back Ls from Rodtang, and I always support our boys, but I genuinely thought coming up to Nong-O's division against the man himself was gonna be too much for him. Never screamed so loud in my life when he got that first knock down. Respect to Nong-O though, one of my absolute favorite."
"This was wild 🔥🔥🔥"
"Still don't know how Nong-O lost like that sucks but these men are warriors so..."
"The hand speed and boxing is just incredible to watch."

After this outing, Haggerty won the then-vacant ONE bantamweight kickboxing world championship with a second-round knockout of bantamweight MMA king Fabricio Andrade in November 2023.

Jonathan Haggerty set for action-packed Muay Thai title defense in September

Jonathan Haggerty will defend the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship against ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo 9 in the main event of ONE 168: Denver on September 6 inside the Ball Arena.

Haggerty and 'The Kicking Machine' have fought once before in 2018 outside of ONE Championship, where the British star absorbed a TKO defeat via a doctor's stoppage.

Now with an opportunity to exact his revenge, Haggerty will look to prove that he has improved by leaps and bounds since they last fought.
