"Superlek is king" - Fans in utter awe of Superlek's complete domination of Rui Botelho in Bangkok showdown

At ONE: Warriors of Light in May 2019, Superlek Kiatmoo9 faced off with Rui Botelho in a flyweight Muay Thai clash, which went down inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

The full fight replay of this thrilling match was reposted by ONE Championship recently on YouTube. In the description, they wrote:

"Before ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Superlek challenges two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty for the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title on September 6 at ONE 168: Denver, relive his aggressive display against Portuguese star Rui Botelho at ONE: WARRIORS OF LIGHT in 2019!"

'The Kicking Machine' needed less than a minute in the opening round to score a knockdown against the 29-year-old from Portugal. He used a step-through elbow to send him down the canvas.

This early knockdown set the tone for the entire contest, as Botelho was on the back foot for the remainder of the contest. Eventually, Superlek secured the dominant unanimous decision victory.

Due to this masterful performance from the now-reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion, fans have showered him with positive messages. Users @Syntax1936A, @shadowaxeband2897, @TheForeverAthlete and @vallealversonn5973 commented:
