"Switching between the two isn't difficult" - Superbon shares why he can seamlessly move from kickboxing to Muay Thai
Superbon has proven himself to be one of the very best kickboxers in his weight class for a long time now.
He is currently in possession of the interim ONE featherweight kickboxing world championship but that isn't enough to satisfy him.
The elite striker wants to prove that he is the best when competing under the Muay Thai ruleset also.
He had the opportunity to do this at ONE Friday Fights 46 last year where he challenged Tawanchai PK Saenchai for the world championship.
Though he came up short on that night, it hasn't discouraged him from working his way back to this position.
In the main event of ONE Friday Fights 81, the kickboxing specialist will step back into Muay Thai to face Jo Nattawut at Lumpinee Stadium.
Ahead of Sept. 27, he spoke about how, it isn't too hard for him to adapt between the two rulesets when he needs to:
"For me, fighting and switching between kickboxing and Muay Thai is not that difficult. I already have the basics of Muay Thai. The difference is the use of elbows and knees, so switching between the two isn't difficult for me."

Superbon knows what is at stake here
Given Jo Nattawut's position in this division, Superbon knows that a win here will put him back in pole position for a rematch with the world champion.
Though he believes that making the switch to Muay Thai isn't as hard as it seems, this will be tested against 'Smokin' Jo.
Nattawut may not bring the same game to the table that Tawanchai does but he will still be able to learn from watching Superbon's previous clash with the world champion.
It's sure to be a firefight in the main event where Nattawut's third shot at the title hangs in the balance.
