T.J. Dillashaw claps back at Anthony Smith's "juicehead" comments: "He sits there and talks sh*t on people"
A bizarre feud is brewing between former UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw and former light heavyweight title challenger Anthony Smith.
Dillashaw doesn't think highly of Smith and believes he is not championship material. During an appearance on the JAXXON Podcast, the Californian criticized Smith for an underwhelming showing against Roman Dolidze at UFC 303.
During the podcast, Dillashaw told Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson and Luke Rockhold that the former title challenger was undeserving of his moniker 'Lionheart' as he lacked the mental fortitude to soldier through tough fights.
Smith took notice of his fellow fighter's comments and clapped back at Dillashaw during a recent episode of the Believe You Me podcast. As 'Lionheart' sees it, the former bantamweight champion's PED history negates any credibility to his criticisms:
"Anybody who has been accused of cheating their entire career, and been caught taking performance-enhancing drugs and been a juicehead his entire career and is not in the testing pool, so we know exactly what he is doing... Would I take the opinion of him to heart?"
Smith's response did not go unnoticed. During his most recent appearance on JAXXON Podcast, Dillashaw clapped back at the UFC 205-pounder, saying:
"All I said was he was not going to be a champion... He lost to a guy that wasn't even near the top... He sits there and talks sh*t on people on broadcast all the time. I'm no stranger to it. He says sh*t about me. It's like whatever dude, it's just how I feel. If you don't like it, the truth hurts? Too f*****g bad."

Anthony Smith believes UFC 303 loss is the "nail in the coffin" to his title dreams
Anthony Smith believes his unanimous decision loss to Roman Dolidze at UFC 303 might have put an end to his title aspirations.
Talking to Din Thomas on the SiriusXM show, the 36-year-old opined that his most recent setback has effectively ended his chances of clinching another title shot. While a few MMA stars have captured UFC gold during the tail end of their careers, Smith believes it's unlikely to happen in his case.
"If we are being honest here, that probably puts a nail in the coffin for my opportunity to ever win a title. There are chances. Obviously, there is the [Michael] Bisping story and there is the [Dustin] Poirier resurgence and Glover [Teixeira] and whatever. Some of that stuff is all kind of circumstantial... But like that's probably it [for me]."
