'Jojo' Johan Ghazali is set to lock horns with 'Tuzo' Josue Cruz at ONE 168: Denver, which broadcasts live from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado on Friday, Sept. 6.

Johan Ghazali still beaming with confidence ahead of Josue Cruz fight at ONE 168: "I’m ready to show them what I’m made of"

'Jojo' Johan Ghazali is coming off the first setback of his career against Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat last June. But the 17-year-old rising star says it was the best thing that ever happened to him.

Because of the defeat, Ghazali learned a lot of lessons that he will carry into his next fight, and the Malaysian says he has become even more confident in his abilities.

'Jojo' told ONE Championship:

"[It hasn’t dented my confidence] at all. It’s still there, and I’ve just got to show it in Colorado. The loss does give people that sense that I’m not there at the top of my game, but I’m ready to show them what I’m made of."
