Thai legend Seksan vows to put on a “fun and exciting” brawl against Liam Harrison at ONE 168 in Denver
Seksan is confident he can bring the same intensity Liam Harrison has into their Denver super fight.
The two legends will face off in an absolute dream match at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 at Ball Arena in Colorado.
Harrison and Seksan are regarded as two of the most violent Muay Thai fighters of the 2000s, and they are ready to put on a major throwback fight in Denver.
Taking to Instagram, Seksan believes he and Harrison will put on an exciting matchup in ONE Championship's second live event in the United States.
The Thai legend wrote:
"This time I have to train hard to fight Liam Harrison. I think this fight will be fun and exciting for boxing fans. ONE 168 🤝🇺🇸👊"
A veteran of 201 career wins, Seksan has been fighting since the early 2000s and captured multiple world titles including gold from Rajadamnern Stadium and WBC Muay Thai.
He eventually made his way to the ONE Championship circuit where he holds a promotional record of 8-1.
Seksan will also make his United States debut at ONE 168: Denver, and he could not have had a better opponent than Harrison.
Tickets for ONE 168: Denver are available on Ticketmaster.
Liam Harrison says frequent call-outs of Seksan were borne of respect and admiration
Liam Harrison was never shy in his desire to face Seksan in ONE Championship, and the British Muay Thai legend used every media opportunity he got to call for a fight against 'The Man Who Yields To No One'.
In a recent interview with the Sky Sports MMA Club, Harrison said his frequent call-outs of Seksan were borne out of respect and not from hostility.
Harrison said:
"Everyone wants to see me and Seksan. I think that would be really amazing. Like I said before, I wanted that Seksan fight. I sort of called him out but not in hatred or disrespect, it’s been out of love and admiration. He’s been my hero for years and he will be my hero, during, before and after that fight. I think he and I can create something really special for the fans."
