“That was a struggle” - Danial Williams happy to break out of slump with a victory over tough Banma Duoji

Australian-Thai star and former ONE world title challenger 'Mini T' Danial Williams breathed a sigh of relief in his last fight, finally breaking out of a horrendous four-bout skid that dated all the way back to October 2022.

Williams used his veteran experience and skillful tactics to take home a unanimous decision victory over Chinese star 'The Prince' Banma Duoji at ONE Fight Night 25 on Prime Video.

After the fight, 'Mini T' spoke to Sportskeeda MMA in an exclusive interview and talked about how satisfied he was with his victory.

The Kao Sok Muay Thai and Scrappy MMA product said:

"Moving forward, it sets up the next fight. That was the struggle. Mentally, the losing streak does a lot of stuff to your mind so yeah, that was a struggle to get through mentally and, of course, just the training camp, man. Probably my worst training camp in terms of getting really sick and injuries."

ONE Fight Night 25: Nicolas vs. Eersel II on Prime Video took place live at the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday, October 5.

'Mini T' Danial Williams says his victory over 'The Prince' Banma Duoji at ONE Fight Night 25: Nicolas vs. Eersel II on Prime Video has done a lot for his confidence after his harrowing four-fight losing streak was finally snapped.

He told Sportskeeda MMA:

"It means a lot to me because I've been on a skid lately. So it was quite a struggle, the last few fights. So, to get back in the win column really built the confidence. It means a lot to me in terms of confidence."
