The ONE Fight Night 25 card marked the return of Regian Eersel's two-sport world champion status after getting revenge against French rival Alexis Nicolas with a masterful unanimous decision nod from the referee.
Eersel got the nod from the judges in front of the packed Lumpinee Stadium crowd in Bangkok, Thailand. Days after his triumph, 'The Immortal' posted several photos of the fight, and part of the Instagram caption he wrote read:

The photos were his best moments during the championship match, where he landed his powerful punches and kicks against 'Barboza.' This marked his 11th victory under the world's largest martial arts organization.

Regian Eersel reveals one of his secrets in his victory against Alexis Nicolas at ONE Fight Night 25
During his post-fight interview inside the ring with Mitch Chilson, the Sityodtong Amsterdam representative revealed that his improved boxing skills were a key factor in his winning during this second meeting with Nicolas.
According to him, it was something that he sharpened during his training camp, as he said:
"I adjusted also my boxing training in my fight camp, so that's one of the secrets also."
