"The best of them all is back" - Fans have nothing but love for Adriano Moraes' slick submission win over Danny Kingad
Former ONE flyweight MMA world champion Adriano Moraes returned to the winner's circle and snapped his two-fight losing skid after beating fellow top-five contender Danny Kingad in their rematch at ONE 169 on Friday evening inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Moraes forced a tap out of Kingad in the second round using a guillotine choke, and ONE Championship posted the winning moment on Instagram:
"STATEMENT MADE 💪 Adriano Moraes guillotines Danny Kingad in Round 2 of their rematch! @moraesadrianomma"
'Mikinho' survived the striking onslaught of 'The King' and countered his submission attempt to lock in one of his favorite techniques. This was his 12th victory under the promotion and eighth submission triumph.
Because of his outstanding performance, fans admired the work that the Brazilian superstar displayed, and users @rafael.barcelloss, @timjim431, @b10n1c_hippi3, @viniciusboneco, and @loemais.odontologia sent their reactions via their comments:

Adriano Moraes thinks that his next fight should be for the vacant ONE flyweight MMA world title
Before this match with the Filipino MMA standout, the American Top Team representative mentioned that if he gets the job done against him, his next fight should be for the 26-pound golden belt that MMA legend Demetrious Johnson vacated due to retirement.
He shared this sentiment in an interview with ONE Championship by saying:
"There will be other fights between other contenders to see who will be able to fight for the belt. But I believe that if I win this fight, the next one will be for the belt."
