"The boy is back" - Fans have nothing but love for Panpayak's triumphant return to action against Silviu Vitez
ONE flyweight Muay Thai and kickboxing star Panpayak Jitmuangnon made his long-awaited return to action with a unanimous decision win over Silviu Vitez at ONE Friday Fights 83 this past Friday inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The promotion shared highlights of Panpayak's thrilling victory on Instagram with the following caption:
"Panpayak is BACK 👏 'The Angel Warrior' earns a hard-fought unanimous decision win over Silviu Vitez! @panpayakjitmuangnon"
Fans rejoiced in seeing Panpayak fight again in the comments section:
"The boy is back 🔥🔥🔥"
"That was a good match frfr."
"Hard fought? He took his opponent to school."
"Just getting the rust off that's what this fight is to [P]anpayak. 🔥🔥🔥"

'The Angel Warrior' took an unexpected break from competition following his narrow split decision defeat to recently crowned ONE double-champ Superlek Kiatmoo9 at ONE 164 in December 2022.
Despite the long layoff, Panpayak's triumphant return proved he still belongs in the upper echelons of ONE's 135-pound Muay Thai and kickboxing divisions.
Panpayak makes good on his promise entering ONE Friday Fights 83
Panpayak seemingly predicted his one-sided victory at ONE Friday Fights 83 against Silviu Vitez days before the event.
Speaking with ONE ahead of his long-awaited return, the 28-year-old shared:
"Silviu's fighting style is different from other foreign boxers who move in and out quickly. He almost stands still and trades one by one, like Thai fighters. For this fight, I will show my fans that I am a new Panpayak who has changed his style to be more aggressive with no more retreating."
