"The kind of football I would watch" - Fans loving Superbon and Nong-O's laidback footballing drills at the gym

Former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama and current ONE interim featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon developed an unorthodox Muay Thai drill.

The two Thai icons were recently seen inside the gym, where they combined the 'art of eight limbs' with the world's most famous sport - football.

ONE Championship published this video on Instagram:

"Football with Muay Thai fighters be like 🤭 Would you like to join them? @nongogaiyanghadao @superbon_banchamek"

In the video, Nong-O and Superbon teamed up against their training partners to score on their designated goal. First, Superbon kicked his defender on the head before passing the ball to Nong-O.

Then, Nong-O kicked his defender off balance before finishing the play with a goal. The two Muay Thai superstars even celebrated the sequence, which made the video even more hilarious.

This amusing video received funny reactions from fans, particularly from users @dmgrussianpower, @riveryu, @karman.bhangu.9, @eddie_yagin, and @time_secondseason, who commented:

Superbon and Nong-O Hama successfully bounced back in their previous fights at ONE Friday Fights 58

Both the Thai striking maestros have returned to the win column and redeemed themselves from their previous bout under the world's largest martial arts organization.

Superbon defeated his long-time rival Marat Grigorian in their ONE interim featherweight kickboxing world title match via unanimous decision in April 2024 at ONE Friday Fights 58 to capture another 26-pound golden belt inside the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Meanwhile, Nong-O has snapped his two-fight slide on the same card by outpointing fellow Thai athlete Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai in their bantamweight Muay Thai clash.
