Lifestyle Influencer Brian 'Liver King' Johnson has some advice for Paddy Pimblett and his weight issues
Although Paddy Pimbeltt has been quite exceptional in his fights, his exorbitant weight gains in between fights have been a hot topic of discussion.
Addressing the issue, lifestyle influencer Brian Johnson, popularly known as the 'Liver King', has a solution to the Liverpudlian's weight management issues.
Johnson has suggested that 'The Baddy' should include nutrient-dense foods like liver, bone marrow, and [drumroll please] testicles in his diet.
Speaking to Inside Fighting in a recent interview, the Liver King stated:
"Liver, testicles and bone marrow! I can't tell you how many people started eating liver, testicle and it's so much easier to control the satiation and then they're f*****g kicking a** with their lean mass all year round."
