Joe Rogan and Chris Best discuss Twitter and the social media business model
Joe Rogan recently put forth his views on the algorithms of different social media platforms used for sorting various information across their platforms. In an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, host Joe Rogan, along with Substack founder Chris Best, discussed various issues related to tech algorithms.
According to Rogan, social media platforms like Twitter are a great source for staying updated on various events around the world. However, the UFC color commentator stated that these platforms fail to distinguish between accurate and false information, at times misleading people.
Giving his opinion on the various social media platforms and their inaccurate algorithms, the JRE host had this to say:
"If you want to find out what's going on it's [Twitter] like the best place to go to immediately to find out you know some country got overthrown, some chaos is happening somewhere in the world. Atleast you're getting something and also you're getting various perspectives. You're getting some boots on the ground perspective, you're getting some official perspective...Just the problem is sorting it out. It's not a good platform for sorting out what's accurate, what's not accurate...It's kind of wild that there is only one place where people go to bi*ch about things."

Joe Rogan addresses the side effects of consumption of processed food
In another episode of his popular podcast show, host Joe Rogan, along with guest Steve-O, held a lengthy discussion on people relying more on processed and packaged food. Discussing the matter, the two also shed light on the side effects of the consumption of such packaged and processed food items.
Putting forth his opinion on the matter, the popular podcaster had this to say:
"We are supposed to be eating organisms in the way that they form in nature. You know the healthy things in nature. Healthy fruits, healthy vegetables, healthy animals and eggs. That's how you are supposed to eat it. You know in fact when you are farming, whether it's both monocrop agriculture in terms of growing food and even growing animals like we are fu*king with things. We're fu*king with nature. And there's trade-offs and consequences when you do that."
