On Friday, Sept. 6, ONE Championship will return to North America for a stacked event inside Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. The main event features two-sport world champion Jonathan Haggerty defending his bantamweight Muay Thai strap against ONE flyweight kickboxing king Superlek.
Earlier in the night, Liam Harrison makes his highly anticipated return after a two-year layoff. The hard-hitting UK superstar called for a legacy matchup against Muay Thai great Seksan and the promotion granted his request.
During an interview with the South China Morning Post, ONE 168 headliner Superlek had this to say about Harrison vs. Seksan:
"I think this fight would be a very entertaining one because both of them have similar styles. They would instantly walk up to each other and trade punches and kicks and everything. So I think it would be very entertaining."
Heading into ONE 168, Seksan is coming off his first promotional loss, which he suffered against Yutaro Asahi in April. 'The Man Who Yields To No One' now looks to bounce back by taking out fellow Muay Thai legend Liam Harrison.

Jonathan Haggerty vs. Superlek and Liam Harrison vs. Seksan could battle for FOTN
Liam Harrison and Seksan have established respective legacies in Muay Thai by showcasing their warrior spirits in Muay Thai. At ONE 168: Denver, the fan favorites will clash in a matchup that could become a Fight of the Year contender.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Haggerty and Superlek have separated themselves as two of the most dangerous fighters in ONE Championship. The world-class strikers will meet in the main event to determine who leaves as a two-sport world champion.
There are several intriguing matchups taking place on Friday. With that said, Haggerty vs. Superlek and Harrison vs. Seksan are the frontrunners for Fight of the Night honors. Only time will tell if they can reach the fan's massive expectations.
