“This is where I belong” - Asa Ten Pow honored to stand among the biggest names in ONE Championship at ONE 168

American Muay Thai fighter Asa Ten Pow is honered and thrilled to play ONE Championship's latest live on-ground event in the United States this weekend. He said it is a testament to the progress he has made in his career to be lined up alongside the promotion's top names.

'The American Ninja' is featured in a bantamweight Muay Thai clash against veteran MMA fighter John Lineker at ONE 168 in Denver, Colorado, on Sept. 6. It is one of five Muay Thai matches on deck for the event, happening at the Ball Arena in the "Mile High City."

At the press conference for ONE 168 earlier this week, Asa Ten Pow shared his thoughts on competing in one of the promotion's biggest events this year, saying:

"Yeah, this is where I belong. I've been working my tail off to get here and be alongside these peers. This means everything for me to be here in Denver to represent American Muay Thai, and I will represent it to the fullest."

Asa Ten Pow has won back-to-back matches heading into ONE 168, both coming by way of knockout in the third round, to rebound from a loss in his ONE debut in October 2022. His most recent victory came in September last year over Thai Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon.

Meanwhile, his opponent, Lineker, the former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion, will be making his Muay Thai debut, part of his push to continue to explore what he can still do as a fighter at this stage of his illustrious career.

ONE 168: Denver will air live and for free in U.S. primetime to North American fans with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription. Tickets for the event, meanwhile, are available on Ticketmaster.
