Reigning and undisputed ONE bantamweight Muay Thai and kickboxing world champion 'The General' Jonathan Haggerty of the United Kingdom has built himself up to legendary status in the world's largest martial arts organization in just a short period of time.

After joining ONE Championship in January 2019, 'The General' would go on to become one of the most exciting fighters in the promotion, giving fans action and adrenaline each time he steps into the ring.

Haggerty has experienced a plethora of thrilling ring wars, which he has detailed on his official YouTube channel, 'Retrospect with Jonathan Haggerty'.

He says that everything he has experienced up to this point has made him the man he is today.

'The General' said:

"I've been through a lot of emotions during my career at ONE Championship from the debut, the thousands of people, to overcome that, to changing weight, the categories, to missing weight, to getting knocked down and becoming the bantamweight champion, not only in Muay Thai, but kickboxing as well.

Haggerty continued:

"It's character building. This made me who I am today, and I wouldn't change it for the world, not even the losses because, like I said, the losses, I've learned more from than most wins. It's normal to lose sometimes. It just matters how big you come back."
