“This is my time” - ‘Reug Reug’ has eyes on two of Anatoly Malykhin’s three golden belts
Senegalese wrestling sensation and ONE heavyweight MMA world title challenger Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane won't be satisfied with just beating triple champ Anatoly Malykhin tomorrow night.
After he takes the ONE heavyweight MMA gold from 'Sladkiy', 'Reug Reug' says he's coming for the Russian star's light heavyweight strap too.
Speaking to veteran MMA reporter Nic Atkin of Bangkok Post in a recent interview, 'Reug Reug' laid out plans for his next two fights.
The TRIPL3 MMA / Black Panther Sports representative stated:
"After, no problem, Inshallah. It's up to the boss. Now I'm gonna keep the belt heavyweight and light heavyweight. After that, I'm going to come back again to heavyweight."
'Reug Reug' is confident he gets the job done against Malykhin tomorrow night. He added:
"I'm going to kill Anatoly, you know this guy? This is my time. I'll tell you something, this is my time. I'll keep going. I'm working hard with my team."
Needless to say, this heavyweight between behemoths is one of the most highly anticipated of the year. Whether or not 'Reug Reug' can make good on his promise of beating Malykhin remains to be seen.
It all comes to a head at ONE 169 on Prime Video.
