Tyson Fury jokes about how he would help Tommy Fury to prepare for Jake Paul

Tyson Fury has addressed the potential fight between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury. Speaking on the bout, 'The Gypsy King' hilariously outlined his plans to help his younger half-brother prepare for it.

Ariel Helwani recently reported that the boxing match pitting YouTuber-turned-boxer and aspiring MMA fighter Paul against UK reality television star/pugilist Fury will likely transpire on February 25th, 2023.

Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury is a done deal for Feb. 25, per sources.

Jake Paul's professional boxing showdown against Tommy Fury was initially booked for December 18th, 2021. However, Fury withdrew from the matchup due to a bacterial chest infection and rib injury.

In the ensuing months, 'The Problem Child' and Fury were once again booked to clash, with their cruiserweight fight scheduled for August 6th, 2022. Nevertheless, Fury wasn't able to make it to the U.S. due to visa issues, which is why he pulled out of the matchup.

During his latest interview with Seconds Out, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury addressed the grudge match reportedly being rebooked. Fury stated:

"Yeah, the big fight action. Tommy and Jake Paul have got it going on. There's an imminent announcement coming up for that as well... Yeah, we are almost over the line with that. We should be announcing that quite soon. But I'm not going to announce it because they've got to do it themselves."

Notorious for his relentless trash talk, Tyson Fury further suggested that he'd don a wig to look like the blonde-haired Jake Paul and talk trash to help 'TNT' prepare. Fury jokingly explained:

"Yeah, I'm gonna put a blonde wig on. And I'm gonna chat absolute boll**ks every day in the gym just to get him [Tommy Fury] going."

Chael Sonnen believes the potential Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury fight is unlikely to materialize

The fight is rumored to be taking place in Saudi Arabia. Regardless, Chael Sonnen indicated that one month out, the fight's location hasn't been officially confirmed, nor have details about ticket purchases for the event or the platform on which it'd be broadcast. Sonnen said:

"There's some stuff about the announcement that made me think, 'Perhaps we're still in rumorville' Number 1 is that the fight's gonna be next month. That's a recipe of Floyd Mayweather, nobody in the business has done a better job at making an announcement and then getting in the ring than Floyd."
