UFC 305 ceremonial weigh-in: What time are the final faceoffs?
UFC 305 fight week is coming to a close with just a few events remaining until fight night. The main card fighters will meet face-to-face at the event press conference on Aug. 16 in Perth before all of the fighters face off for one final time at the ceremonial weigh-ins the following day.
The official weigh-ins are scheduled for 6 a.m. NWST on Aug. 17 / 6 p.m. ET on Aug. 16. As per usual, the ceremonial weigh-ins will commence a few hours later at 11 a.m. NWST on Aug. 17 / 11 p.m. ET on Aug. 16.
The ceremonial weigh-ins will mark the final face-off between headlining fighters Dricus Du Plessis and Israel Adesanya before they meet in the Octagon to settle nearly two years of animosity. Almost every event in which both fighters were present has included several heated exchanges, leading up to what could potentially be an animated final staredown.
The local crowd in Perth has been present and lively for all fan events throughout fight week in the build-up to the ceremonial weigh-ins and fight night.
