UFC 307 purses: How much are Alex Pereira, Khalil Rountree and others making for their fights? Estimated payouts reported

UFC fighter pay has been one of the most debated and intriguing topics for MMA fans. UFC 307 pay-per-view event is set to take place on Oct. 5. As the date is drawing closer, fan interest in fighter pay is also increasing.

While the UFC and athletic commissions no longer release the fighter salaries, we will take a look at the estimated salaries that fighters like Alex Pereira, Khalil Rountree Jr., and others will earn based on their reported past earnings.

Reigning UFC light heavyweight champion Pereira has emerged as one of the most bankable and fan-friendly fighters on the promotion's roster. He is also the biggest star on the UFC 307 fight card.

According to reports, Pereira took home an estimated $3 million in salary for his UFC 303 rematch against Jiri Prochazka. The duo had stepped up for a short-notice replacement fight after the event's original headliner, Conor McGregor pulled out due to an injury.

Pereira had claimed that it was the biggest purse of his professional MMA career. He is likely to earn a similar amount for his efforts at UFC 307 unless there have been changes to his contract.

Rountree Jr. is a lesser-known figure in the casual fans circuit. He scored the biggest win of his professional MMA career when he knocked Anthony Smith out in December 2023. According to an article on nyfights.com, the 34-year-old took home a reported $90,000 as a fight purse.

UFC title fights are usually associated with a bump in fighter pay. As a result, it is safe to assume that Rountree Jr. will probably earn more than his previous fight's pay on Oct. 5.
