Tate has been with the UFC longer than most supporters have been following the sport and has become a fan favorite. The beloved 'Cutman Tate' is one of the few non-fighter employees of the promotion recognized and appreciated by the general public.

No official documents state how long Tate has been in the industry but the cutman notes in his Facebook biography that he started working with the UFC during season 12 of The Ultimate Fighter in 2010.

When will Max Holloway fight Ilia Topuria?

Ever since Max Holloway knocked out Justin Gaethje at UFC 300, fans have been eagerly waiting for the UFC to announce him as the first challenger of Ilia Topuria's featherweight title. However, three months after the iconic event, an announcement has yet to be made, with the fighters seemingly still engaged in negotiations.

Holloway appears to be pushing for the fight to be on the event held at The Sphere in Las Vegas, telling Topuria he would "see him soon."

Topuria most recently noted in an interview that he heard from the UFC that Holloway is not ready, a claim that 'Blessed' refuted by stating his expected opponent fabricated.

As of July 4, the day after Holloway and Topuria's viral exchange, their fight has yet to be announced.
