VIDEO: Sean O'Malley releases hilariously acts out how Devin Haney vs. Ryan Garcia went down in post-fight analysis

Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney squared off in a highly anticipated grudge match on April 20. The fight for the WBC super lightweight title took place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Before the fight, Haney had a stellar 31-0 professional record and was undefeated. This featured triumphs over well-known opponents, including George Kambosos Jr., Vasiliy Lomachenko, and Regis Prograis.

Garcia, on the other hand, had just defeated Oscar Duarte via eighth-round knockout in December 2023.

Garcia startled Haney with a powerful left hand in the first round of the fight, setting up an exciting start to the match. In the third round, 'The Dream' paid Garcia a return favor by dropping a vicious left hand of his own.

One of the most exciting moments of the fight was when Garcia successfully scored a knockdown in the seventh round. Haney had never been knocked down in his professional boxing career until that moment.

'KingRy' continued his excellent performance by knocking down his opponent in rounds 10 and 11.

The fight lasted 36 minutes and ended with the three judges scored the contest 112-112, 114-110, and 115-109 in favor of the California native.

During the postfight in-ring interviews, both fighters indicated their desire for a rematch following the fight. Given the way the fight played out, it's reasonable to say that boxing fans would be thrilled to see Garcia fight Haney again.

Following the bout, the current UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley took to Instagram and made fun of Garcia's style of fighting Haney. In a humorous breakdown of the fight, he pointed out that Garcia always turned his back on his opponent when he threw a left hook.
