"War machine level" - Fans feel the intensity of Rodtang Jitmuangnon and Danial Williams' electrifying Singapore showdown
ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon and Thai-Australian star Danial Williams gave ONE Championship fans a Muay Thai fight to remember back in April 2021. 'The Iron Man' and 'Mini T' spent all three rounds trading leather in an excellent display of heart and striking prowess, which Rodtang ultimately won via unanimous decision.

Following his all-out war with Williams, Rodtang competed in the first-ever mixed-rules bout with now-ONE flyweight MMA world champion Demetrious Johnson at ONE X in March 2022. The Thai hero ultimately succumbed to a rear-naked choke in the second round.
The Jitmuangnon Gym star responded by winning five of his next six outings, which includes a one-shot knockout of Edgar Tabares in May 2023.
For his next assignment, Rodtang will defend the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world championship against Jacob Smith at ONE 169: Atlanta on Nov. 8 inside the State Farm Arena.
Jacob Smith shares game plan for ONE 169 redo with Rodtang
Two years since his defeat to Rodtang, Jacob Smith promises that he has a plan to become the new ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion at ONE 169: Atlanta.
Speaking with Sportkseeda MMA, the third-ranked flyweight Muay Thai competitor said:
"It's going to be the same rough and tough Jacob Smith, but with a far better fight IQ and discipline within the plan. That's all I can say."
