WATCH: Aljamain Sterling goes trekking and visits a rum distillery in Jamaica
UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling appears to be enjoying his trip to Jamaica.
In a recently uploaded video to his YouTube channel, 'Funk Master' documented his trip to the island country along with his friends and teammates Merab Dvalishvili and Al Iaquinta.
The three athletes went on a trek in the mountains. Dvalishvili appeared to be high on energy as he was constantly doing pull-ups and rock climbing in one place or another during the hike.
Then, they came across a waterfall where they all bathed and drank liquor. The next day, the UFC athletes paid a visit to a rum distillery to see how rum was manufactured.
Speaking about his experience and what he learned at the distillery, Sterling said:
"It was amazing today. We got a lot ot learn about the process of how rum is made, how it's bottled, the labeling, everything. There's a lot that goes into this, more so than us just going to the store, buying a bottle, breaking the seal and then drinking it. It's been a real eye-opener for me just to know what goes on for this whole process."

Aljamain Sterling shares his thoughts on Marlon Vera vs. Cory Sandhagen
An exciting bantamweight scrap between top contenders Marlon Vera and Cory Sandhagen is scheduled for February 18.
Bantamweight king Aljamain Sterling took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the fight. Sterling found the matchup exciting, but according to 'Funk Master', his teammate Merab Dvalishvili should have been a part of that fight.
This did not sit well with 'Chito', who called Sterling "pathetic" and asked him to focus on his own affairs.
Instead of firing back, Aljamain Sterling wished Vera luck for his upcoming fight. The bantamweight champion also discussed potentially fighting 'Chito' in the future if Vera wins and 'Funk Master' gets past Henry Cejudo in a possible showdown.
"Good luck in February! If you win, and I dust up Harry [Henry Cejudo], I think UFC will make the fight. Haaannn!"
