WATCH: Atomweight submission grappling queen Danielle Kelly shares a glimpse of her daily routine ahead of world title defense

Current undisputed ONE atomweight submission grappling world champion Danielle Kelly is trying to connect with her fans more on social media. She has started creating more content to help them get to know her better.

In a recent short video clip that Kelly published on her Instagram account, she did a day-in-the-life video and showed her typical routine on a regular day. She captioned her post with:

"a day in the life of... jiu jitsu competitor? 🤓 this is my first making of these and tbh I forgot to video some things but I'm always on the go and not good at this lol. Lmk if I should make more of these 🤗"

As seen in the video, the Silver Fox BJJ representative was doing a film study of fights, packing her stuff for training, and taking breaks inside the gym. Kelly is coming off the world title coronation from her previous bout in September 2023 at ONE Fight Night 14.

The 28-year-old American star defeated her rival Jessa Khan to become the promotion's inaugural atomweight submission grappling queen.

Almost a year after her championship triumph, Kelly is now ready to put the 26-pound golden belt on the line as she takes on the challenge of Mayssa Bastos on August 2 in the co-main event of ONE Fight Night 24.

Kelly looks to extend her undefeated run under the world's largest martial arts organization since her debut in March 2022. After settling for a draw against Mei Yamaguchi, she defeated Mariia Molchanova, Ayaka Miura, and Khan.

On the other hand, Bastos aims to dethrone Kelly and collect her second win under the ONE banner after beating Kanae Yamada in March at ONE Fight Night 20 via unanimous decision.

ONE Fight Night 24 emanates from the historic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium and is available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America in U.S. primetime on Aug. 2.
