WATCH: Fabricio Andrade connects with the perfect knee strike down the gut of John Lineker in first world title meeting
ONE Championship re-visited Fabricio Andrade's devastating knee against John Lineker by posting the highlight on Instagram.
In October 2022, Andrade attempted to secure the vacant ONE bantamweight MMA world title at ONE on Prime Video 3 after Lineker missed weight and vacated the belt. 'Wonder Boy' showcased a masterful striking performance before unfortunately landing an illegal low blow in round three, leading to a no-contest between the dangerous fighters.
ONE recently shared a violent sequence between Andrade and Lineker where the former landed a vicious knee to the body. The footage was posted on Instagram with the following caption about the bantamweight MMA world champion's future:
"Fabricio Andrade is VICIOUS What's next for the ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion?"
Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker decided to settle their no-contest in the ONE Fight Night 7 main event in February 2023. This time around, 'Wonder Boy' refused to be denied and battered Lineker before securing the vacant bantamweight MMA throne with a fourth-round TKO.

What's next for Fabricio Andrade under the ONE Championship banner?
Fabricio Andrade last fought when he attempted to claim the vacant ONE bantamweight in November 2023. Unfortunately for 'Wonder Boy,' Jonathan Haggerty proved to be the superior striker, as he secured a second-round knockout in the ONE Fight Night 18 main event to become a two-sport king.
Following ONE Fight Night 18, Andrade decided to take time away from fighting to heal from lingering injuries and spend time with his family. The 26-year-old superstar is expected to defend his bantamweight MMA throne later this year.
Although it's unconfirmed by ONE, two top-ranked fighters in the bantamweight MMA division are likely next for Andrade. Firstly, the number one-ranked Lineker could face 'Wonder Boy' after defeating Kim Jae Woong and Stephen Loman.
Secondly, number three-ranked Kwon Won Il might be ready for a title shot after establishing a three-fight win streak against Mark Abelardo, Artem Belakh, and Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg.
