Reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 is widely viewed as one of the most dominant fighters on the ONE Championship roster today.

After posting a 4-1 record since his promotional debut in 2019, Superlek bounced back from his lone defeat at the hands of Ilias Ennahachi in February 2021 with an astounding 10-fight winning streak.

Gifted with lightning-quick hands and stellar footwork, the Kiatmoo9 Gym product has utilized his abilities to perfection and has won bouts under both Muay Thai and kickboxing rules.

In his most recent outing this past June at ONE Friday Fights 68, the 28-year-old made it look easy in his flyweight Muay Thai battle with fellow Thai star Kongthoranee Sor Sommai to earn the unanimous decision victory.

Superlek will look to win his 11th straight bout, and his 15th overall in ONE, when he challenges two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 inside the Ball Arena.

Jonathan Haggerty believes he has the edge against Superlek in ONE 168 rematch

Jonathan Haggerty, who is also the ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion, had fought Superlek once before in 2018 outside of ONE, where he succumbed to a TKO loss via a doctor's stoppage.

Six years removed from their first encounter, 'The General' is confident he has found a whole new level in his game.

Speaking with The Sporting News, Haggerty stated:

"I know what works for me and what doesn't. I'm a completely different fighter. I feel like he's stayed the same really — with just a traditional Muay Thai kind of style."
