Despite Paddy Pimblett's unanimous victory over Jared Gordon at UFC 282 last night, many in the MMA community have disagreed with the judge's decision, claiming that Gordon was unfairly denied his win.
In a recent video over Twitter, UFC color commentator Joe Rogan was clearly shocked at the announcement. He stared at Belal Muhammad with a look of disapproval while Bruce Buffer announced the judges' decision and declared Pimbeltt the victor.

While many have regarded Pimblett's victory as the "worst decision in UFC history," the Liverpudlian doesn't seem to agree. Appearing in the post-fight presser, the 27-year-old said:
"Control time means nothing. Damage [is what matters]. Look at my face and look at Jared's. I don't care what anyone says lad, when you look back at the history books I've got the little green marker next to my name. The W. So everyone else can such my a**hole."

With this win, Paddy Pimblett currently stands tall with 20 victories in his professional career. Out of which, six came via knockouts, nine via submission, and eleven were first-round finishes. 'The Baddy' has lost only thrice to date.
Jared Gordon reacts to his controversial loss to Paddy Pimblett at UFC 282
After a close bout between Paddy Pimblett and Jared Gordon, the judges gave the Englishman the win by a score of 29-28. According to the UFC's official fight statistics, Pimblett had a slight advantage in terms of significant strikes, connecting with 63 compared to Gordon's 58.
After his controversial loss, 'Flash' took to his official Twitter handle to put forth his opinion, claiming he was "robbed":
"I was robbed everyone knows it i… I can cry about it but I been back from worst and god's plan is the best plan so I know there’s something big to come from it."

With this loss, Gordon has suffered six defeats in his professional fighting career. However, on the upside, Gordon has secured 19 wins, with six of them coming from knockouts, two from submissions, and two from first-round finishes.
