Watch: Jon Jones shares fan moment with Gervonta Davis and David Njoku at UFC PI

It's not every day that fans get to see a fighter of Jon Jones' status be starstruck, but that was the case when he recently caught up with his friend, NFL tight-end David Njoku, and met boxing champion Gervonta Davis at the UFC PI.

On episode No.4 of UFC 285: Embedded, Jones met Davis in a chance meeting as the two were both at the UFC PI. The two embraced each other, Jones then went on to state that he was a fan of the boxing savant and asked him the source of his incredible punching power. He said:

"What's up, king? How are you boss? It's nice to meet you, man. You're working hard. How do you get that power bruh? Where that power come from, God given? Ahh, I knew it. I knew it, God bless you man. It's an honor to shake your hand." [8:37 - 8:47]

'Bones' then caught up with Njoku and complimented the Cleveland Browns tight-end for the work he's been putting in and mentioned that he needed to get him in the cage, saying:

"You know who this is, Mr. Njoku. One of the best tight-ends in the game. What's up king?...It's good to see you too man. God damn, you getting so big boy." [8:58 - 9:07]

Jones is really embracing everything that comes with the fight week leading up to his return to the octagon. He hasn't fought in three years and looks much happier and eager to compete again.

Jon Jones's fight IQ is undeniable, he would certainly be an instrumental member of a coaching team considering all the knowledge he could share with other fighters.

During the aforementioned episode of UFC 285: Embedded, 'Bones' offered to train Gervonta Davis should the boxing champion decide to transition to MMA in the future. He mentioned that he already has a strong base with his striking and would teach him other skills pertaining to grappling that would make him a complete fighter, saying:

"We want to get you in the cage, I'll teach you myself, man. I'll teach you how to grapple, jiu- jitsu, all that. Little wrestling, it'll be easy for you bro, It'll be easy for you. Them hands right there, ain't nobody trying to see them hands. I've been watching man, I'm a massive fan. You killing it, you hurting folks out there." [9:10 - 9:27]

It would be interesting to see whether Davis takes up 'Bones' on that offer in the future.
