WATCH: Jon Jones' training partner hilariously imitates David Goggins in front of the former SEALĀ

Jon Jones employed the help of David Goggins ahead of the former champion's return to the octagon at UFC 285. 'Bones' is set to face Ciryl Gane for the vacant heavyweight title in the main event of the card.

Goggins joined Jones and the rest of his team yesterday ahead of fight night. One of Jones' training partners, PFL heavyweight Maurice Greene, took the opportunity to perform his David Goggins impression upon the former Navy SEAL's arrival.

Goggins is known for his intense work ethic, unwavering determination, and resolve. The former Navy SEAL is a motivational speaker and ultra-endurance athlete who promotes a path of suffering in order to become the best version of oneself.

Jon Jones spurred Greene on to perform his hilarious impression of Goggins, who appeared thrilled with the execution.

Here's what Maurice Greene said:

"You know why I'm out here running? Because I put blood, sweat and tears into this and ain't nobody gonna stop me from doing this! I don't wanna hear your f***ing crying! Just keep doing the work!"

Jon Jones last competed at UFC 247 in February 2020, where he narrowly defeated Dominick Reyes by a unanimous decision. 'Bones' vacated the light heavyweight title in August 2020 and announced he would be moving to heavyweight.

The 35-year-old will return to the cage weighing an impressive 248 pounds, and is hoping to achieve double-champ status with a victory over Ciryl Gane.

Michael Bisping shares prediction for Jon Jones vs. Ciryl Gane

Michael Bisping recently analyzed the UFC 285 main event and shared the path to victory for both Jon Jones and Ciryl Gane.

According to 'The Count', if the fight remains on the feet, Gane has an incredibly good chance of knocking Jones out. 'Bon Gamin' is a super striker with unnatural agility and footwork for a heavyweight fighter. Bisping pointed to Gane's fight with Francis Ngannou at UFC 270, where the Frenchman "turned Ngannou into a wrestler" due to his domination on the feet.

Bisping stated that if Jones is able to secure takedowns against Gane, then 'Bones' will win comfortably.

Ultimately, he believes Jon Jones will be able to use his grappling to secure a ground-and-pound finish. He said this:

"If Ciryl Gane keeps this fight on the feet, I think he will known [Jones] out... He turned Francis Ngannou into a wrestler, that is impressive... But if he gets taken down, then the show is over... Will [Gane] be able to [stop the takedown]? No. I believe that Jones will get a hold of him, take him down and ground-and-pound the living daylight out of [Gane]."
