Almost a year after his dream debut in ONE Championship, former ONE bantamweight MMA king John Lineker was pitted against another former divisional world titleholder, Kevin Belingon, in November 2020 at ONE: Inside the Matrix III.
Lineker and Belingon headlined the card, which took place inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Highlights of this incredibly thrilling bout were compiled by the promotion through an Instagram video that was captioned:

'Hands of Stone' displayed his power and granite chin by literally eating every strike from 'The Silencer.' Eventually, the Brazilian found the breakthrough in the second frame when he caught the former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion with a combination to the head and body that crippled him down the canvas for the TKO finish.
It was Lineker's first stoppage victory after he unanimously beat Muin Gafurov during his inaugural match in the promotion.
