WATCH: Liam Harrison shows how to land the perfect inside foot sweep to land devastating combinations

ONE Muay Thai star Liam Harrison has figured in some brutal wars throughout his long and decorated career, but the one thing carrying him through it all is his master of the art of eight limbs.

In an Instagram video, 'Hitman' shared his secrets to success in Muay Thai and, more specifically, how to pull off the inside foot sweep during his recent seminar with United Kingdom-based Muay Thai gym Warrior Collective.

Harrison wrote in the caption:

"I love doing this inside foot sweep, people see me using it all the time on my sparring video and ask what are the most effective ways to make it look effortless without getting countered. Foot positioning is important but so is arm control to manipulate where you want their body to be so you can properly off balance them. The 38-year-old from the United Kingdom will return to the Circle for the first time in two years at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 inside the Ball Arena in Denver against Muay Thai legend Seksan Or Kwanmuang.

Liam Harrison comments on the mortality of his career

The Bad Company product knows that his illustrious career is coming to a close soon and all he wants is to leave the fight game on his terms.

Speaking with Sky Sports MMA Club, Liam Harrison said:

"I wouldn't be able to look back and say I have done everything I wanted to do now. It's my terms, I'm retiring like that. Fingers crossed, I would be able to do that. I've got this one last run, see how long we could go, how many fights we could get in a year or two and I'll go in my own terms."

Tickets for ONE 168 are available via Ticketmaster.
