WATCH: Sam-A Gaiyanghadao flaunts his legend with clinical one-shot knockout of Akram Hamidi

Muay Thai legend Sam-A Gaiyanghadao added French-Algerian star Akram Hamidi to his list of knockout victims at ONE Friday Fights 81 this past Friday, Sept. 27, inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Fresh off a TKO victory over Kongchai Chanaidonmueang this past June, Hamidi went in guns blazing early against Sam-A, hoping to earn his biggest win yet in spectacular fashion.

However, Sam-A rewarded his constant pressure with a left hand to the chin for the first knockdown midway through round one. 'La Pepite' got to his feet immediately, but Sam-A prevented a potential comeback with another monstrous left hand for the knockout win.

His achievements include three inaugural ONE world championships: the ONE flyweight Muay Thai, strawweight kickboxing, and strawweight Muay Thai world championships.
